  • Fresh oysters, prawns, ceviche and crudo live station
  • Hot signature dishes served to table including King George whiting, Southern Rangers strip loin MB4, Spring pea risotto, Barbocoa Blackmore Wagyu brisket taco, Battered fish slider and more
  • Artisanal pastries, live Crepe station and roaming cheese trolley
