Atria X Veuve Clicquot
The Ritz-Carlton, Melbourne's Luxury Beverage Manager Rosie Kim and Atria's Executive Chef Michael Greenlaw have partnered with Veuve Clicquot on the release of the new cuvée La Grande Dame Rosé 2015, with a menu featuring a not-to-be-missed pairing with this elegant new vintage.
We invite guests to be the first in Australia to experience this iconic cuvée paired with a menu created by Rosie and Michael which features an entrée of Victorian crudo, striped radish, black Spanish radish, Kissabel apple, radish leaf glaze, spent coffee oil, pickled muntries, paired with La Grande Dame Blanc 2015. The main course is Dry aged Macedon Ranges duck, duck fat onion, betel, cacao, quince, variegated radicchio, which is the perfect accompaniment to La Grande Dame Rosé 2015.
